KATHRYN BRACK MORROW

Kathryn Brack Morrow is an associate with the Budd-Falen Law Offices, L.L.C., where she practices natural resources, administrative, and land use law.  She also has experience in other general civil litigation issues.  Kathryn has experience representing clients before administrative tribunals, before courts of the United States of America, and before Wyoming state courts.

Kathryn received her Juris Doctorate degree from Baylor University School of Law.  At Baylor, Kathryn was an associate editor of the Baylor Law Review, and received the William R. Trail award for excellence in Civil Procedure.  Prior to law school, Kathryn attended New Mexico State University, where she received her undergraduate degree in History and Foreign Languages and her masters’ degree in History.  Kathryn also attended the Université d’Angers in Angers, France.  Kathryn is licensed to practice law before state and federal courts in Colorado, New Mexico and Wyoming.

Prior to working for the Budd-Falen Law Offices, L.L.C., Kathryn was a legal intern for the Honorable Jeffrey Manske, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the Western District of Texas.  During her educational career, Kathryn also completed internships with the United States Department of State at its embassy in Paris, France and with Senator Pete V. Domenici in Washington, D.C.

Kathryn was born and raised in Clovis, New Mexico.  She currently resides in Fort Collins, Colorado with her husband, Jon and their cat, Eliza.
