Laura C. Rowe

Laura C. Rowe is an associate with the Budd-Falen Law Offices, L.L.C. in Cheyenne, Wyoming where she practices endangered species, environmental, administrative, eminent domain and land use law. In 2009 Laura received her Juris Doctorate with honors from the University of Wyoming College of Law. While attending law school Laura interned with the State of Wyoming Attorney General’s Office, Civil Division.

Prior to law school, Laura attended Chadron State College and graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies.  While earning her B.A., Laura interned with the Cheyenne Office of the Wyoming Public Defender.

Laura was born and raised in Cheyenne and currently resides here with her husband Michael Martinez.
