BRANDON L. JENSEN Brandon L. Jensen is an associate with the Budd–Falen Law Offices, L.L.C. in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he practices natural resources law, environmental law, administrative law, water law, and land–use and property rights law. Brandon has experience representing clients in administrative law proceedings, before courts of the United States of America, and before Wyoming state courts. Brandon received his Bachelor of Science degree in Wildlife Biology from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado. Brandon received his Juris Doctor and Master of Studies in Environmental Law from Vermont Law School in South Royalton, Vermont. Brandon is licensed to practice law in the states of Colorado and Wyoming. During law school, Brandon was a member of the Vermont Law Review and wrote an article concerning the Endangered Species Act which was published in fall, 1999. In addition, Brandon was a member of the Vermont Law School Environmental Moot Court Advisory Board and represented Vermont Law School in a national environmental moot court competition at Pace Law School. During that competition, Vermont Law School was awarded the best overall brief and Brandon was awarded a Best Oralist Award. Brandon was also named in Who’s Who: American Law Students and earned two Academic Excellence Awards. Prior to working for the Budd–Falen Law Offices, L.L.C., Brandon was a legal intern for the Judge Advocate General Corps, United States Army in Fort Riley, Kansas. During law school, Brandon also provided legal assistance for the Vermont Agency of Natural Resources. Brandon was born in Kansas City, Kansas and raised in Toledo, Ohio and Denver, Colorado.
